2. COLLECT STUDENT CARD

Student Card will be issued only to students who have completed program registration. The collection will be arranged from Mid-Aug onwards.

Before arriving on campus, students should ensure that their photos with the required specifications being uploaded in advance.

3. ACADEMIC ADVISING (COMPULSORY)

All new students are required to attend their respective academic advising sessions. Detailed invitations will be sent to you via email.

3. ACADEMIC ADVISING (COMPULSORY)

All new engineering students will be invited by email to attend a specific academic advising talk and departmental orientation session. Engineering plus AI students will be invited to attend an academic advising talk followed by advising session.

4. PEER MENTORING PROGRAM

Each department will organize unique welcoming activities for new students to connect with their peers in late August - September. Specific event details will be communicated via email.
