PRIDE101: Understanding Gender and Sexual Orientation

Have you or anyone around you been confused with sexual or gender identity? LGBTQIA… What do all these letters mean? It could be difficult venturing into university life as a freshman, not to mention as a member of sexual and gender minority. What unique mental health challenges are they facing? And what are some ways to help yourself/them?

This workshop welcomes anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+, is still questioning their sexual or gender identity, strives to become an LGBTQ+ ally, or simply wants to learn more about diversity and inclusivity in general.
