Bamboo weaving is a cherished aspect of Hong Kong's intangible cultural heritage, showcasing the skill and artistry involved in transforming bamboo into beautiful, functional items. In this workshop, participants will be guided by Ms. Cindy Tai, the founder of WELL WELL WELL (井井有條), to learn traditional weaving techniques and create their own unique bamboo fans, connecting with the cultural essence of this time-honored craft.

To encourage new students to connect with one another and build friendships through the shared experience of bamboo weaving, while appreciating the cultural significance of the traditional craft.

REMARKS
Participants are required to submit a refundable deposit of HKD 200 (cash only), which will be returned upon successful completion of workshop. If the participant cannot attend the workshop, the deposit will be forfeited and used to offset the workshop operation expense.
Interested participants are required to enrol online and complete the deposit payment by visiting Room 203, Shaw Auditorium during business hours: 09:30-12:30, 14:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday) before August 29, 2025 (Fri) in order to secure their spot.
Quota is limited, if the deposit is not received by August 29, 2025, your spot will be released. Released spots will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis to all waitlist applicant, according to the time the deposit is paid.
