Be Kind to Yourself: A Self-Compassion Journey

Self-compassion is the act of responding to difficult times with kindness and care rather than self-criticism. In your university life, how can we cultivate compassion to help navigate the ups and downs in a healthier, more courageous, and empowering way?

This workshop will help you understand your responses to stress, introduce techniques on building a compassionate self, and discover together ways to enhance your self-soothing abilities.
